How far in advance should I book my motorhome?
Searching for camper vans in Canada? Due to attractive pricing and offerings, Escape Campervans is typically one of the first companies to book out. It is advisable to book your campervan rental prior to booking airline tickets, even in the low season. For the high season (March 15 – Oct 15), it is advisable to book a few months ahead, and in the low season at least a couple of weeks.

We have bedding kits, kitchen sets, propane, and other extras available for rent. Some models have foldaway in-van table and benches too depending on the model.
Can I do one-way trips?
Escape Campervans Canada is only able to allow one-way trips within countries. For example, you can do a one-way trip between Vancouver and Calgary and vice versa, but you cannot pick up in Vancouver and drop off in Seattle.
You can, however, pick up in Vancouver, drive into the USA (Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, etc), and then drop the campervan rental back off in Vancouver (or Calgary).
What is the minimum number of days that I need to rent an Escape campervan?
The minimum rental requirement for Escapecampervans Canada ranges from 3 to 14 days, depending on if you are doing a round trip or one-way and from what depot location you are picking up and dropping off.

What are your office hours and when can we pick up and drop off our campervan?
Visiting Canada soon? Escape Campervans Canada is open every day of the week from 8.30 am – 4.30 pm. Offices are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day.
Pick up instructions
You must collect your Escape campervan between 1 pm and 4 pm. If you cannot arrive at the depot location by 4 pm, you will need to reserve a pick up for the following day as the pick up process takes approximately 30 mins. Allow yourself enough time to clear customs, collect your luggage, and arrange transportation to the Escape Campervan depot in order to pick up your van by 4 pm. Please note that this RV rental company does not allow after-hours pick-ups or drop-offs.
Drop off instructions
Drop off hours are between 8:30 am and 10:00 am at your designated Escape Campervans depot.
Escape Campervans operate similar to a hotel by charging by the night and not on the drop-off day. Vans must be returned by 10:00 am on the agreed drop-off date. If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour late, you will be charged a full-day rental. You can request a drop-off as late as 4 pm if you contact the reservations department but it will incur an extra day charge.
