What is the relationship between GoSee and its rental partners such as Avis, Budget, Maui and Jucy?

At GoSee we partner with suppliers of rental cars and motorhomes across the globe to secure great rates and pass the savings directly on to you. Our powerful search lets you find and compare vehicles from these rental partners, select the right vehicle for you and then book. You’re then on your way to picking up your vehicle from the supplier, be it Budget, Hertz, Apollo or JUCY Rentals.

How do cancellations and refunds work with GoSee?

Cars

Cancellation policies vary depending on the vehicle rental supplier. For many car suppliers, free cancellation may be available up until 72 hours prior to pick up. So if let's say you are collecting your car in Sydney, please see your individual terms and conditions to confirm this applies to your booking and what cancellation fees apply. You can access terms and conditions throughout the booking process and also on your booking confirmation.

Campers

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental vehicle supplier, so we recommend that you check the supplier terms and conditions before you book. They can be found throughout the booking process and also on your booking confirmation. In some situations, refunds may be given as credit at the discretion of the rental vehicle supplier. 

Which car and campervan rental suppliers does GoSee partner with?

We partner with some of the big names you know, such as Hertz, Avis, Europcar and Budget. But we also have relationships with some you might not be as familiar with, such as Green Motion, Easirent and Zoom. The best way to find our suppliers is to start searching!

What countries and cities can I book a rental vehicle in with GoSee?

We partner with suppliers all over the world. All you need to do is start typing in the country or city into our search. If what you’re looking for doesn’t come up, we may not have rental partners there, yet! But you can rest assured we’re always looking at possible new markets to move into.

What types of vehicles can I book through GoSee?

How do I find the cheapest rental car or motorhome?

If you're looking for a great deal, just start your search. Once you have your list of results, you can refine them by price to see who’s offering the cheapest rentals. You can also take a look at our current special offers to see if there’s anything matching your destination and travel dates.

Can I book insurance with my vehicle?

Yes, you can! As you go through the booking process, you’ll have the option of adding insurance to your booking. We recommend you purchase insurance with your vehicle so that you can enjoy a worry-free trip.

Are the vehicles on GoSee available to book immediately?

Not always.

Vehicles that can be booked immediately will say 'Instant confirmation' within the search results. If you book one of these, you will receive a confirmation automatically.

Other vehicles will say 'On request' and require 24-48 hours to get back to you with availability. If a vehicle is available and your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email. If the booking is not available, we will search for a similar vehicle and contact you with available options. Money will not be collected until you have a confirmed booking.

If I damage my rental vehicle, who do I contact?

If you damage your vehicle, make sure to contact the supplier of the vehicle (the company you picked up the vehicle from). You can find their contact details on your booking confirmation, or on their website.

I want to change my booking. How can I do that?

If you need to change your booking, you can login to our website and manage your booking. You’ll need the email address you made the booking with and your booking number, which begins with IM. In addition to changing your booking, you can also view your confirmation, add extras, update your details, and cancel your booking.

Please note that if you make changes to your booking, such as the date of travel, the vehicle rental rates may change.

What are the charges if I cancel my booking?

The cancellation fee you will be charged will depend on the rental company you’ve booked through, as they have different terms and conditions regarding this. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable within 72 hours of pick-up for car rentals. For campervans, the initial deposit is non-refundable as per standard terms and conditions.

If you're cancelling online, the cancellation fee will be shown under Manage my booking when you select to cancel. Some rental partner vehicles aren't able to be cancelled online. If this is the case for your booking, you will need to contact us.
